Really, I'm not trying to spam
I stuffed up this morning and gave a broken link. As someone kindly pointed out in the comments, this link is actually this:
Descent by Indri.
SUMMARY: A post-Grave piece written with the benefit of Season Seven hindsight. Completed March 2004. 13,000 words. Spoilers to Lies My Parents Told Me. R.
Sorry, all. And thank you, anonymous stranger, for pointing out the problem.

This is absolutely phenomenal. Heartbreaking and eerie. I always wanted to read a good fic about this point in the series with regard to Spike, and you certainly delivered. I can’t even pick out a part I liked the best; this really captured the essence of danger, of insanity, and of sadness, but more than that, it captured the essence of Spike.
Thanks for the great read. ^_^

I spent all day in a meeting today and every so often I had to hide my face behind a folder for a few moments while I grinned at the thought of your kind words.
it captured the essence of Spike.
*heart is gladdened*
And in return, may I thank you for "a sorta fairytale"?

Oh, good. ;D I can get kind of inarticulate in my praise sometimes, so I''m glad the message that I loved it got across properly.
And in return, may I thank you for "a sorta fairytale"?
But of course. I'm glad you liked it. ::blushes::

I am very pleased to hear this, as this was precisely what I was trying to achieve.

And thank you in turn for writing your reviews of Angel episodes. They're articulate and insightful.
