GIP: Deus ex machina

The lettering's not quite in the right spot but I can't work out how to move it. I have an old copy of Photoshop that came with a graphics tablet but without any instructions. Also I couldn't find a photo of this sort with the Tenth Doctor in his suit, rather than in the Ninth's jacket (I didn't look all that hard, I suppose).
