Housemate-theViola-Teacher, the SO and I are watching an ep of Alias for the first time.

We have absolutely no idea what is going on, although sometimes I point a finger at a character and say "That's Sark!" or similar because I recognise people from LJ icons. And the SO has just recognised someone as "the evil guy from Wayne's World".

Other than that, we have no clue.

No clue.

I was similarly lost, but by the time I saw the first disk of the first season, I knew enough to fake my way through about anything. I think the main thing to know is it doesn't matter if anything makes sense.

Hee, Alias is quite a good show. I've watched it for two season now, but not really dedicatedly, so sometimes I don't really know what's happening and missed all the finer clues too.

But it's entertaining, you should give it a try! *g*

Oh, I know the feeling. All i knew was that it was a good show that jossverse fen were migrating to... and then around five minutes in, that Doc was being a creepy, charming guy in this show as well. Alas, they've stopped showing Alias here, so I was never able to get into the show, and I can't read all the fanfic people are writing about it because i believe the show is really worth being spoiler-free for.
