New DVD sets are coming out now for BtVS and AtS, so the old sets are being sold off cheaply: $21 per half-season box at JB Hi-Fi and $25 per half-season at EZ DVD. If you'd rather have the new sets, they're on sale at EZ DVD's website.
I just bought seasons 5-7 of BtVS, so I have all the episodes now. Bwha-hah-hah!
